How many companies would form a business presentation talking about how an online gambling site could increase their profits? And, before you laugh, consider that many companies often use Flash games to attract people to their websites. The days of simple banners have long gone. The Cartoon Network and even Lifetime for Women are examples. So, why would it be so far-fetched to use gambling to entice people?

How the American Government is Taking Away Parent’s Rights

I was reading this american polotics blog, and I decided that some things needed to be said. In the U.S. hundreds of parents have gotten in legal trouble for spanking their kids. And we’re not talking about child abuse– where a child gets broken bones, bruises and other problems due to their spanking. Usually, these incidents involve a parent giving a child a quick swap on the bottom for misbehavior; nothing that is unacceptable by spanking proponents. Still, if (more…)
