What a brilliant idea. I have always thought that the laws surrounding domestic violence were back to front. When a woman has been assaulted by her husband or partner she should not have to leave her own home to feel safe. If anyone is to be punished then surely it should be the abuser and not the abused. I am sure there will be someone who will be opposed to the Police being given greater powers but I cannot More
